Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience driving and operating tow trucks.
Clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid Medical Card.
Strong knowledge of towing and roadside assistance procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed.
Assess vehicle conditions and determine the best towing methods.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tow trucks to ensure they are in good working condition.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
